The fifth annual St. Louis Regional FAST 50 Technology Awards recognized WWT, a four-time FAST 50 winner, as the 14th fastest growing company in the St. Louis Region. The awards were co-presented by The St. Louis RCGA and Deloitte & Touche. (September)
Federal Computer Week magazine ranks WWT as the nation’s No. 1 Top 8(a) information technology contractor. (September)
Washington Technology magazine ranks WWT as the No. 1 company on its annual list of the Top 25 information technology 8(a) companies. WWT earned the award for the second consecutive year, marking the first time a company had repeated. (September)
Black Enterprise magazine ranked WWT as the No. 1 company on its B.E. Industrial/Service 100 List. It was the first time a technology company ascended to the top spot. In 1999, the magazine also honored WWT as "Company of the Year." (June)
VARBusiness magazine ranked WWT No. 87 in its sixth annual ranking of the 500 largest solution providers in North America. WWT is the top-ranked company in the Midwest according to the magazine’s perimeters. Previously ranked 97th and 109th in 1999 and 1998, respectively. (June)
Washington Technology magazine ranked WWT No. 41($128M) in its 7th annual Top 100 Federal Prime Contractors list, up from No. 66 the previous year. (May)
St. Louis Business Journal ranked WWT No. 15 on its Fastest-Growing Private Companies list. The rankings were based on percent growth in revenue from 1997-1999. WWT’s increase of 203.6 percent translates from $413M in 1999 up from $136M in 1997. (May 22)
St. Louis Business Journal ranked WWT No. 27 on its list of the 150 Largest Privately Held Companies. The rankings were determined by 1999 revenue. In 1999, WWT ranked 51st. (March 27)
