Telcobuy.com Agrees to Sublease Dallas Facilities to Nationwide Technology Services
St. Louis, Missouri – April 12, 2002 – Telcobuy.com announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sublease a portion of its Dallas facilities to Nationwide Technology Services (NTS), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Telcobuy, one of the largest MBE’s in the United States, offered its help when it became aware of NTS’ need for a new facility in the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) District in Dallas, Texas.
Cordell Morgan, President & CEO of Nationwide Technology Services, approached David Steward, Chairman of Telcobuy, who was seeking a new location to meet the growing demands of his business and be more responsive to customer requirements. Telcobuy had capacity in its Dallas facility when it recently relocated operations to a 150,000-sq. ft. facility in Plano’s Telecom Corridor. Telcobuy welcomed the opportunity to provide assistance to Mr. Morgan and has subleased the Dallas facility to NTS at favorable rates.
As Mr. Morgan stated, "This relationship creates the opportunity for a great long-term working relationship with other minority businesses. This facility far exceeded my expectations as a site for the future of my business expansion."

Steward also commented that he was appreciative when “one-day a long time ago someone reached out and lent a helping hand to me."
