WORLD WIDE TECHNOLOGY AND UNISYS TO PROVIDE PROCUREMENT, INTEGRATION & LOGISTICS SERVICES TO THE U.S. TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (TSA)
St. Louis, Missouri – December 11, 2002 – World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) announced today that they have entered into a subcontract agreement with Unisys Corporation to provide procurement, integration and logistics services to the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
The initial scope of TSA's Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) contract calls for WWT to procure IT product and perform integration & logistics services. Integration services, which will be performed at WWT's integration and distribution center in St. Louis, include imaging and configuration of Dell workstations and servers, asset tagging and Cisco System router/switch configurations.

The ITMS is a managed services contract awarded to quickly, efficiently, effectively, and economically provide, deploy and maintain a "best in class" IT managed and secure infrastructure for the TSA. The contract was awarded to Unisys Corporation with a contract ceiling of $1B. The first two work orders were awarded for $23M in FY02 and FY03 for $221M.
