Logistics/Warehousing
As a natural outgrowth of our VAR services, WWT has created a national network of distribution centers. Using a highly automated warehouse management system, our facilities are linked to a centralized Oracle inventory and order management application hosted in our secure data center in St. Louis. We perform a variety of services including equipment aggregation & staging, hardware configuration, software imaging, asset tagging and auditing. Our value-added services dramatically reduce the complexity and inefficiency often associated with managing the delivery of goods. At the same time, our services greatly accelerate the technology deployment process and maximize return on technology investment.

Supplier Management
WWT utilizes a real-time Web-based metric reporting engine to manage supplier performance. Each metric is designed with the customer’s needs and specific service level performance measurements in mind. Pre-defined performance metrics are utilized, along with a dynamic reporting platform that allows custom definition of metrics with minimal development time. Our solutions aid in the effective management of suppliers and give us the ability to resolve issues through fact-based communication.
