Workspace One supports two types of Drop-Ship provisioning and application provisioning methods (offline & Online). With Workspace ONE Provisioning (Offline), you can send your manufacturer a provisioning package (PPKG) with all the apps you want pre-loaded to devices. With Workspace ONE Provisioning (Online) eliminates the need to create and share PPKGs with your hardware manufacturer. Simply assign your payloads to a tag in the Workspace ONE UEM console, and then place an order with your hardware manufacturer using that Workspace ONE UEM tag. WWT's Integration center's support both (online & offline) options To better understand this process, we have provided this lab (Omnissa Workspace Drop-Ship Provisioning Lab) that will guide you through the creation of the offline PPKG file and run through the configuration options that can be done either in-house or through a manufacturer to configure the windows devices.
