- * When selecting Cisco Digital Learning (CDL) (Opt Yr 1), only request 1 in the quantity field.
- LTS requests must have an official government or work email address to confirm identity of requestor.
- Do not request multiple licenses per LTS order. Each CDL request should have an individual LTS #.
- All LTS requests must be submitted with an official government or work email address to confirm identity of requestor.
- You may only request one license per LTS request. If you have additional requests or are submitting requests on behalf of someone else, please submit a new order per request.
- After receiving G6/G8, vendor and CHESS approval, you will receive an email requesting your CCO ID to provision your license. This must be completed in 10 business days, or your request will then be rejected.
- There are limited licenses available via GEMSS. We prioritize licenses for those who are actively utilizing their CDL for testing and certifications. To do this, we will run a report on all CDL users every quarter and place your license in one of the below statuses:
- Active
- Inactive for less than 180 days
- We will send an email with the status of your license. We will encourage activity using the license before the next CDL report is ran.
- Inactive for more than 180 days
- We will send an email with the status of your license. You will have 10 business days to respond and move your license back into Active status. If the license is not Active after this process, the license will be removed.
- With the limited licenses available via GEMSS, there are instances where we have no CDLs in inventory and users are unable to submit a request via CHESS. To be placed on the Army GEMSS CDL Wait List, please submit the wait list form here. Once additional licenses are available, we will reach out to you in the order of your submission so you can then submit a request.
