How to submit requests in CHESS LTS

Complete the Request and Requesting User's Information data fields
At Request Item Page Click:
- Product Type = Cisco
- Product = Select the product you are requesting
- Quantity = Please submit the appropriate quantity for product. (See notes below*)
- Date Requested = This will self-populate
- Comment = Please provide information for your G6/G8 that will provide justification for approval
* When selecting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), you must requests a minimum of 100 in the quantity field
* When selecting Cisco U (Opt Yr 2), please only request 1 in the quantity field
