Supports - Team Director

I am a native of St. Louis, growing up in Florissant, MO, where I was blessed to have strong family ties, a solid education, and a supportive community. Today, my family is everything. I married my high school girlfriend, Debbie, and have been fortunate to have a wonderful family of three boys, Tyler, Cooper, and Quinn, and two girls, Ally and Jordan. Sports have always been a big part of my life, playing soccer throughout my youth. So, it's been amazing to see my kids learn and compete in various sports, including soccer, cheerleading, and football. I received my degree in Informational Technology from Lindenwood University. After that, I knew I wanted to create and build, which led to founding several companies throughout my career. As I transitioned from the entrepreneurial part of my career, I began my journey at WWT. I spent five years in material operations, today known as Global Order Operations, in management. In 2020, I transitioned to WWT-IT onto the Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Supply Chain IT Product teams in a leadership role. I have always placed a high priority on people throughout my career. Believing that together, we can overcome the seemingly impossible in a fun and supportive environment. I could not be more excited to be a part of this organization and watch these teams bring positive change and value to our stakeholders.

Supports - Team Manager

I started my journey with WWT in 2013, serving as a Contract Administrator for the Commercial West region. Before joining WWT, I worked for Enterprise Holdings, I guess you could say I am loyal to St. Louis-based companies. Throughout my tenure at WWT, I assumed various managerial positions in Global Order Operations, supporting Commercial, WebServices, and Global Financial sectors. These roles gave me a profound understanding of Supply Chain intricacies and the optimal ways to address our customers' challenges. They also enabled me to collaborate with clients in shaping strategies for program maturity, fostering transformative growth. In March 2021, I transitioned to the IT Product Management team, taking on the role of Customer Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting the Global Financial region. In this capacity, I offer consultancy to our customers, advocating for their needs, and aligning internal stakeholders toward shared objectives. On a personal note, I am a mother of twins, Henry and Lillian, who keep my husband, Scott, and me very busy. Our family enjoys activities such as hockey, soccer, cheer, tumbling, and swimming. When we are home, we cherish movie and game nights. When Scott and I manage some time away from parenting duties, our shared interests revolve around home improvements and anything relative to wine.

Supports - Microsoft

I started my career at WWT in 2014 in Material Operations, where I supported multiple programs in leadership and non-leadership roles. In those roles it provided me the the visibility on how many different programs function and the quote to cash process. After a few years, I made the switch and joined the IT organization as a Business Relationship Manager. As a BRM I have supported multiple commercial regions and public sector. I have enjoyed supporting most of these regions for 7 years and seeing all of them evolve. Prior to WWT, I started my professional career at Asynchrony, I had the opportunity to learn from the best and set a great IT knowledge framework while as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Product Owner. On a personal note, I live in Edwardsville IL with my husband, two sons and cat. We stay busy watching my oldest son wrestle for Edwardsville High School. If we are not in a gym we enjoy camping and being outdoors! I look forward to working with you and innovating the best solution for the customer!

Supports - Telcobuy

I started at WWT in the Fall of 2012 as a Contract Admin on the Microsoft program. The majority of my career has been spent on the Global Order Operations leadership team for multiple teams and regions. I also worked for several years on the Production Control leadership team. There I was able to fine tune my understanding of lab operations and how we optimally plan and schedule orders, resources and space within our Integration Centers. In June of 2021, I joined the BRM team to support the Verizon/Telcobuy business. I am here to consult, align and lead any IT efforts between our customers and our internal teams. In my spare time, I am the mom of two fantastic children, love to hike, garden and really anything outdoors. Fun Fact: My husband and I have been together since we were teenagers! I am excited to collaborate with you and your customer on how we can be innovative on our processes and technology, to maximize the profits for both companies.

Supports - GFI

I began my career at WWT in 2015 as a Contract Administrator on webservices. Since that time I've spent the majority of my time supporting various Commercial and Global Financial customers through varying levels of leadership. Prior to my move to the IT BRM team, I most recently held the title of Global Fi Operations Manager where I oversaw multiple teams of order managers. This gave me great insight to some of the opportunities that are available to streamline processes and drive efficiencies for both internal and external teams and ultimately led me to the IT BRM team. I've now been supporting the IT BRM role since 2021, primarily focusing on the Global Financials and Media space. I look forward to innovating with you!

Support- Commercial West and Webservices 

My career began with World Wide 14 yrs ago as a Contract Administrator supporting the Microsoft program. During my time within the Global Order Operations team, I supported the Microsoft and Commercial regions in leadership roles that continued to nurture my passion for relationships, development, operational impacts & driving solutions. In October 2021 I joined the IT Product Management team as a Customer Business Relationship Manager supporting Commercial West and Webservices. My role is to consult our customers, and advocate for them, while leading and aligning our internal stakeholders to reach a common goal. On a personal note, I live in St Louis with my husband Matt, three kiddos, Patrick (8), our twins, Olivia & Harrison (6) & our lab Seamus (1). Our world is perfect chaos, filled with lots of energy, love and laughter. We LIVE outside whether it's at the park, playground, soccer/baseball/tumbling/golfing, pool, exploring nature, the "Ward Zoo" is there!!! We also enjoy our tradition of Saturday night pizza, snuggles and movies to decompress :) My husband Matt is an avid golfer and is beginning to teach me how to play! As I continue this journey within my career at WWT, I can't express how excited I am to continue to follow my passions while challenge myself in new ways! Supports - Procurement Systems

I started at WWT early in 2021 as a member of the Customer BRM team. I am currently supporting the Amazon and our procurement tools (Ariba, Coupa, etc.). I began my career working for Verizon as a Customer Sales and Billing Representative where I was in the top 10 percent of sales in the nation. For 10 years I worked for Citigroup as a Data Center and Systems Specialist, where I led a team responsible for Data Center operations and design for Citi Mortgage North America. I later worked for Charter Communications as a Senior Sales Tool and Application Specialist to improve the systems and tools the sales teams utilize every day. In my free time, I am a drummer and singer for The Yacht Rockers! I look forward to working with you and our customers to help improve processes, technology, and the customer experience for everyone.

Supports - GFI and East

I joined WWT in August 2021 on the IT Product Management team as a Customer Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting the GSP region. Prior to joining WWT, I worked at Bunge North America for ten years in various customer facing support and managerial roles. I also led several large IT initiatives as a key business user in the order to cash process and helped design, test and implement new systems to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, yoga, being a dog mom and fun, crazy aunt. I'm a very active person, love spending time outdoors and am willing to try most things at least once. I look forward to collaborating with you and your customer to find the best IT solutions!

Supports - Telcobuy

I joined WWT in June 2023, on the IT Product Management team as a Customer Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting Verizon and Telcobuy. Prior to joining WWT, I spent ten years working for a project-based logistics company in both an individual contributor role and a leadership role. I gained valuable experience and expertise in managing complex projects. Throughout my time there I helped facilitate the onboarding of projects, new technology, and process initiatives with the overall goal of improving customer experience. On a personal note, I am the proud mom of two kids, Collin and Mia. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for many years. When I am not busy working, I love spending time cheering on our kids as they compete in their various sports activities. It brings me great joy to see them pursue their passions. I'm excited about my opportunity here at WWT and look forward to building strong relationships with both the internal stakeholders and our clients. I appreciate the support as I continue to learn and grow in this new role and expand my skills and knowledge to help drive success.

My journey at WWT began in 2020 as part of the Supply Chain PMO team, where I had the privilege of serving as a Program Manager for Microsoft, overseeing multiple business sectors. The experience enabled me to forge connections and gain insights from numerous cross-functional teams. After several years, I embraced a new challenge within the IT org, joining as a Business Relationship Manager, concentrating on the Central and Public Sector." On a personal note, I am very family-oriented, cherishing time with my daughter (Vivian), wife (Blair), and our cocker spaniel (Gypsy). Outside of work, I also enjoy golfing and following my favorite sports teams. I look forward to working with you and formulating solutions for your customers.

I embarked on my journey with World Wide Technology in 2014 as a Contract Administrator. Over the years, I have had the privilege of contributing to the establishment of the Supply Chain training team, which marked the beginning of my extensive experience in training and development across various roles and departments. This experience has sharpened my facilitation skills and allowed me to build a robust professional network within WWT. I am now proud to  serve as a Business Relations Manager within the IT department, where I am dedicated to fostering strong connections and delivering innovative solutions for our customers.

On a personal note, I have been in a relationship with my significant other, Mike, for over 22 years, and we are proud parents to our 9-year-old son, Oliver. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with family and friends, golfing, and cheering for my favorite team, the St. Louis Blues. I am eager to meet with you and explore opportunities to create impactful solutions together.
