While some resources are accessible without an account, we do recommend creating a free wwt.com account so you can save and revisit resources that are valuable to you, launch on-demand labs, attend virtual events and access WWT Research.

No, wwt.com and access to all our online resources are free of charge, and you do not have to enter a credit card to create an account. 

1.  From wwt.com, click the Log In blue button in the top right corner.

2. Click Register to create your account. 

3. Enter first name, last name and email, and accept the account policies.  

4. Click Create Account.

5. An authentication code sends to your inbox.

6. Retrieve the code from your inbox and enter the code OR click Log In from the email. Please proceed to step 8 if selecting Log In from the email, as selecting Log In takes you directly to wwt.com. 

7. Click Next.

8. A message appears in the bottom right corner stating the registration is successful.  

9. Click View Account Settings to make updates to your wwt.com profile.

To access our on-demand and scheduled labs, you'll need to create an account.

On-demand labs are available 24/7 and scheduled labs are just that — labs that require a request to use and a reserved timeframe booked in order to launch. 

When working in a lab, time to completion can vary between 15 minutes to up to two hours depending on the complexity of the lab itself. 

Each lab is accompanied by documentation to help guide you through the environment and can be dynamically positioned to allow you to view in a larger format while working in the lab. Simply drag the documentation pane to the right to expand.

If you get stuck when working in a lab, simply use the Live Chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to get support from the Lab Support team.
