Prakash is an Architect for Collaboration and customer experience technologies. An engineering graduate from Bharathiyar University-India. Joined the IT industry in 2004 and has worked through the design and delivery of projects for large firms across geo's such as USA, UK, India and the Middle East. Has been instrumental for design and deployment of technology solutions supporting Customer experience and employee productivity initiatives.
Tanner leads the WWT Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Artificial Intelligence IT Operations (AIOps) and Automation & Orchestration teams as a technology leader and former software engineer with nearly 20 years experience in executive, technology, sales, management consultancy and leadership roles.
Joe is a highly accomplished technologist in the end-user computing, communication and collaboration space, with 20+ years' experience with tech industry leaders. He's worked with both Microsoft and Cisco on collaboration solutions and currently serves as the leader of WWT's Digital Workspace practice. Joe has deepened the expertise of the practice which now includes remote working, end-user computing, call center solutions, smart cameras, along with UC, video calling and collaboration and productivity tools.
Tim has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years; 6 of those focused on Collaboration. Over the years Tim has held IT positions providing support for end user services and collaboration. Currently, Tim provides Pre-Sales and Engineering support globally for WWT's Collaboration practice. As a Technical Solutions Architect, he focuses on customer success in both the pre and post stages of a sale. He also works within the ATC to build out WWT's collaboration offerings.
John has over 20 years in the telecommunications industry specializing in optical networking, core routing and general service provider technologies. He has worked with global service provider and enterprise customers, and has extensive experience working with cloud providers. His experience ranges from network architecture, product development, installation engineering and operational strategy.
Eric focuses on WWT's compute practice and works with Cisco to create various lab scenarios for customers to practice, learn and prove architectures or processes so they can take back to their own environments and build, run and/or demonstrate with confidence.
Brandon has more than 20 years of Voice and Video technology experience including business development, engineering and implementation. As Collaboration Practice Manager he is responsible for the collaboration technologies in WWT's portfolio that include UCaaS and video conferencing from both Cisco and Microsoft, digital signage and room scheduling applications. Brandon uses his lengthy collab experience to focus on how customer tools affect the experiences of their employees and their customers.
Benny is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He's skilled in Cloud and On-Premises Application and Infrastructure Architecture. Extensive knowledge and experience in development methodologies such as Agile and ITIL oriented. A strong leader and mentor, John has a passion for workplace diversity and inclusion.
As Technical Solutions Architect (Mobility) helps customers by supporting, designing, deploying and troubleshooting 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Enterprise wireless installations.
Andrew focuses Cisco security consulting services and has obtained six Cisco certifications across networking, security and data center architectures. He sees Cisco as being well equipped to handle many security problems of today and tomorrow with their firewalls, Zero Trust and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) offerings.

Kait has worked in the technology field for 10+ years with a primary focus on delivering business outcomes and helping customers accomplish their goals. With experience in operations, project management, solution design, and business development, Kait brings a unique perspective to creating solutions to help customers understand how to use technology to overcome current and future obstacles. Kait currently serves as a Business Development Manager focusing on Cloud Smart Camera surveillance and video analytics for WWT.
Tyler has specialized in optical networking for 16 years with a specific focus in service provider networks. His optical experience ranges from architecting, designing, deploying, and long-term strategy in regards to Cisco optical DWDM, ROADM, SONET, MPLS, and the convergence of layer 3 into optical transport technologies.
Nick joined WWT in 2015 as a Consulting Systems Engineer supporting the growing Minneapolis market with a focus on Enterprise and Data Center Networking, Collaboration, and Automation. In 2019 Nick joined the WWT Global Engineering Team as a Technical Solutions Architect, focusing on software-defined networks and Automation.
As principal of WWT's ESG practice, Brendan helps drive growth in our new ESG offering, applying a strong understanding of the ESG landscape to the WWT product and service offerings. He advises clients with how to drive sustainability and ESG performance using industry knowledge and works with the WWT account teams to develop their ESG awareness and drive ESG business development and sales.
Rita Younger is an industry thought leader with over 28 years of experience in Data Center Networking and Security. Her areas of expertise include SDN, Private-Cloud, Hybrid-Cloud, Network Analytics and moving corporations to a true Self-Service Data Center model. She has shared her expertise serving as a panel member at Network World and CIO Magazine events, she is a delegate for Tech Feld Days, has been featured on TechWise TV, Packet Pushers and other technology media. Rita is a regular presenter at CiscoLive along with other national, regional and industry vertical conferences.
