This Webinar will review the Navy’s Strategic Sourcing Asset Validation Task guide utilizing the WWT Navy Community Page and Cisco’s My Cisco Entitlements reports.

What to expect
You can expect the following for this webinar:
- Ensure all Navy GEMSS end-users understand where and how to obtain a CCOID and to access the Navy . mil Smart Account and their command's Virtual Account(s).
- Navy GEMSS end-users will understand the Navy's Strategic Sourcing Services Cisco Asset Validation task, and how to access the My Cisco Entitlement's (MCE) database to export a report.
- Demonstrate steps to conduct the Asset Validation task and submit asset additions, transfers or removals from your virtual account using the Navy GEMSS Inventory Update Form.
Goals and Objectives
The WWT Navy GEMSS team will review the Navy GEMSS Asset Validation process using My Cisco Entitlement’s (MCE) and its export report function. You will learn how to submit any discrepancies to update your command’s Virtual Account inventory.
Who should attend?
All BSO Administrators and any Navy GEMSS users responsible for managing Cisco branded hardware. If you have access to a Virtual Account in MCE, you should attend!
