Event Overview

The rapid pace of change in today's technology landscape paired with increased competition for highly skilled talent and a reshuffling of talent brought about by hybrid work environments is making it incredibly difficult to find and hire those resources.   Join Bob Ferrell, WWT's EVP of Public Sector and DEI initiatives, and Cisco Senior Vice President and Chief Social Impact Officer Brian Tippens as they talk about how targeting underserved communities can help identify a hidden talent marketplace. Bob and Brian also talk about what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are driving the greatest impact within WWT and Cisco.
