What to expect

The WWT Employee Resource Group Summit is a global gathering designed to celebrate belonging, spark meaningful dialogue, and drive real impact across our organization. Over the course of the event, you'll engage in interactive discussions that connect you with colleagues from across regions — including a featured keynote on disability inclusion and neurodiversity. Come ready to share your story, deepen your understanding of inclusive leadership, and leave with concrete actions you can take back to your team and community.
  • Participate in thought-provoking sessions on inclusive leadership, storytelling, disability inclusion, and neurodiversity
  • Connect and network with ERG members, allies, and leaders from across WWT and Softchoice
  • Collaborate on actionable strategies that advance a more inclusive and accessible culture globally

Goals and Objectives

The ERG Summit is designed to strengthen our collective commitment to an inclusive, equitable workplace. Our goals are to elevate ERG visibility and impact across the organization, equip participants with tools and insights to lead inclusively, deepen awareness around disability inclusion and neurodiversity, foster cross-regional connection and community, and translate shared perspectives into meaningful actions that support WWT's culture and business outcomes.

Who should attend?

This summit is open to all WWT and Softchoice employees who are passionate about inclusion, equity, and belonging — whether you're an active ERG member, an ally, a people leader, or someone with a personal or professional connection to disability inclusion and neurodiversity. No prior ERG involvement is required; all are welcome.
