This module focuses on utilizing BIG-IQ CM Web UI. Lab users will practice the below scenarios.
- BIG-IQ CM as License Manager using RegKey Pool
- BIG-IP Device Discovery
- Deploy sample HTTP Application
Module 2 - Manage BIG-IP devices using AS3 declarative model
This module focuses on utilizing the F5 Application Services3(AS3) API. Lab users will practice the below scenarios :
- Deploying HTTPS Application using BIG-IQ AS3 templates
- Modifying Applications using AS3 templates
- Creating custom AS3 BIG-IQ templates
Module 3 - BIG-IQ Automation with Ansible
This module focuses on utilizing Ansible as the automation platform along with BIG-IQ CM. Lab users will practice the below scenarios:
- BIGP-IP Device Discovery/Removal using BIG-IQ Ansible Module
- BIGP-IP License apply/revoke using BIG-IQ Ansible Modules
- Deploy web application to BIG-IP devices using BIG-IQ REST API’s(imperatively)
- Deploy web application using F5 AS3 declarative model
- Modify web application using F5 AS3 declarative model
- Delete/Remove web application using F5 AS3 declarative model
- Deploy HTTPS web application using F5 AS3 declarative model
Module 4 - AS3 Application creation using Ansible Tower and BIG-IQ
This module focuses on utilizing Ansible Tower Job templates and surveys along with BIG-IQ to automate the configuration management on BIG-IP Devices. Lab users will practice below scenarios:
- Create AS3 web application using Ansible Tower template & surveys
- Delete/Remove AS3 web application using Ansible Tower template & survey
