The purpose of this lab is to familiarize the user with basic command-line syntax and control for common disaggregated open network operating systems.
The lab is built in a standard spine-leaf topology with management addressing already configured. The spines are representative of common “traditional” operating systems (eg, Cisco IOS-XR and Juniper JunOS). Users will configure interfaces, OSPF and BGP on the leaf switches, and use common validation commands to verify routing is operating as expected.
It is assumed that users are familiar with at least one NOS (Cisco or Juniper) and understand basic Linux commands.
