PROGRAM EXPERIENCE Dustin has a proven record of success in delivering IT Services and brings a wealth of both technical and management skills and experiences to WWT customers: • Extensive large organization IT leadership experience, managing small (12) to large (1,200) person IT organizations to high service levels and delivery improvements • Significant experience in datacenter operations, including high availability and disaster recovery strategies • Architecture and planning experience in using cloud services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS • Information Security Programs and Policies (CISSP, CSOX-P), with significant experience and certification in regulatory compliance: SOX, PCI, HIPAA • Organization efficiency, such as ITIL, IT Processes, Continuous Improvement, Lifecycle, “DevOps”, “as a Service” leadership, Service Management (ITIL V3) • Monitoring, automation, logging, reporting, Enterprise Monitoring, “AIOps” • Data networking technologies, SDWAN, wireless, routing/switching, application content, segmentation • Call center management and voice network technology strategies • Server operating systems, virtualization, failover, high availability, strategy • Data storage and backup technologies, storage, and tier strategies • Functional experience in database technologies and administration • Management experience in software development processes and quality assurance (QA)
