About Kelsey

Kelsey has been with WWT for 5+ years and is a Services Advisor - Customer Experience within the Customer Experience - Software Lifecycle team. Her goal is to drive customer adoption, expansion, and continuous renewals through Customer Experience (CX) focused services while offering the client options for new ways to incur value from WWT that result in revenue-generating opportunities. Prior to this, Kelsey was a WWT Strategic Engagement Manager within the Strategic Resourcing team.
