About Malcolm

Malcolm comes from 30 years of working in Financial Services in London, and as interim CISO for two major public companies. For several years he was a customer of WWT. He now delivers strategic consulting and advisory services to executives and senior leaders at the confluence of risk management, information security, privacy, technology and research. Malcolm has two catch phrases: Security and privacy are all about the data, the systems are (nearly) incidental. Its working, so could we risk breaking it to make it better/stronger/faster/more efficient? Outside of security, Malcolm continues to follow and expound on ultra low latency and super energy efficiency in both hardware and software. Outside of work, Malcolm likes standing on the top of mountains, preferebaly ones that involve putting your hands on the rock. And riding his mountain bike where most people don't. He also works as a NED in the third sector.
