Supplier Diversity Business Impact Committee

The Supplier Diversity Business Impact Committee (SDBIC) is responsible for the establishment and oversight of WWT's supplier diversity business strategy and priorities to accelerate the spend growth and partnership with diverse suppliers.  

This group is also responsible for allocating resources and efforts to supplier diversity to ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices. WWT's SDBIC is constantly searching for ways to achieve this goal without compromising fiscal or strategic responsibilities. Among many other topics, the group monthly discussions cover:  

• Value proposition, ROI, and benchmarking in supplier diversity  
• Branding supplier diversity within the enterprise 
• Second-tier reporting  
• Developing business opportunities for small and diverse suppliers (disabled-, LGBT-, minority-, veteran-, service-disabled veteran, and women-owned businesses) and international business partners
