About Kevin
I have a B.Sc. in Computer Science with over 20 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Consulting. I have extensive experience working with business clients through the sales process, gathering requirements and developing technical design specifications. I have excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management, developing training material and conducting classroom training sessions. My technical experience includes Cisco UCCE/ICM/CVP, Genesys, Google CCAI, Amazon Connect, Avaya and Genesys. I also have software development experience in Assembly Language, C++, Python, cloud platforms and chatbots, CTI desktop, IVR integration with cloud, database and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com. I’m originally from Cork, Ireland and return regularly to see my family. I coach Middle and High School level club Rugby. I have three grown children (two still in college).
