WWT has created propriety tools and applications that FedEx can access to view and manage their contracts, hardware, and software licenses. 

Lifecycle Management (LCM)

WWT's proprietary Lifecycle Management (LCM) application is where FedEx can view all of their contracts (Software, HW, SaaS, IaaS, etc). Some of the information that can be found: 

  • Number of contracts
  • Start and End dates of contracts
  • OEM/Partner

This view provides FedEx with a holistic view of all of their contracts and helps plan and strategize for any opportunities for consolidation.

COMET

WWT's proprietary Comet application is where FedEx can view and generate reports in relation to their hardware inventory.
