Ann Marr oversees all human resources functions, which include talent management, policy development, benefits administration, training, leadership development and employee relations as well as managing the company's supplier diversity program. Ann has over 20 years of human resources experience and has held positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Anheuser-Busch Companies. Ann is also chair of the WWT Charitable Foundation and is very active in the St. Louis community.
Toni Stubbs

Cox Communications

VP, Engineering & Operations

Toni leads all network planning, engineering, and Master Telecommunications Center operations across Cox Virginia's Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia, and Roanoke footprints and a North Carolina segment. She is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, and completed NAMIC's Executive Leadership Development Program at the UVA Darden School of Business. Recently, Toni completed the Women in Technology's Leadership Foundry program, which prepares women to serve on corporate boards.
Jeff Stovall

Jeff joined Oracle in December 2019 as Director of Strategy and Business Development with the CX team for North American Public Sector. Prior to Oracle, he served as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Charlotte for ten years until 2018. During his tenure, he consolidated divisional IT organizations into a new Innovation and Technology department and implemented extensive citywide technology modernizations.

Johanna has more than twenty years of fundraising, marketing, communications and executive leadership experience in nonprofits. Her expertise includes building and growing nonprofit organizations, fundraising, developing strategic partnerships and communications and marketing strategies.
