IT'S BACK! WWT Wellness is partnering with LEAD & ABLE ERG's on a weekly Mental Health Series. Each week you can participate in short activities that promote and support mental health. Chair Yoga: Chair yoga poses have many health benefits and can help reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility, and help you focus. We will combine small body movements with guided breath and mindful thoughts to make for a great break!
What to expect
This 15-minute class will be geared for moving your body in an intentional way without having to leave your desk! This class will focus on:
- Posture
- Ergonomic positioning
- Breaking up your day
Goals and Objectives
Set time aside for YOU! Chair yoga requires no additional props and is free. The poses have many health benefits and can help reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility, and help you focus.
