World Wide Technology knows the importance of offering great health benefits, and the positive impact this can have on the lives of our employees and their families. We recognize that making sense of insurance can be confusing but we try to make it easy by having one single, bundled health plan which includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision. 

WWT has not passed along an increase in Heath Plan premiums in 20+ years. Premiums are as follows:

Employee Only – $25/month

Employee + Spouse – $90/month

Employee + Child(ren) – $70/month

Family – $145/month

Medical and Prescription Coverage

 

Allegiance and Express Scripts administer medical and prescription benefits under the WWT Health Plan to enrolled employees and their dependents. They process and pay claims for services such as doctor visits, hospital stays, lab tests, preventive care, pharmacy and mail order prescriptions, and specialty services. Both Allegiance and Express Scripts offer online tools and customer support to help members access their benefits, manage their health, and save money.

To view medical claims, access a digital ID card, search for in-network providers, and more, register at AskAllegiance.com. View the member portal walkthrough video for highlights on navigating the Allegiance portal and download the app for access on the go.

To view prescription information, search for in-network pharmacies, and set up mail-order delivery, register at Express-Scripts.com

Dental Coverage

 

 

Delta Dental of Missouri administers dental benefits under the WWT Health Plan to enrolled employees and their dependents. They process and pay claims for dental and orthodontia care including preventive, basic, and major services. Employees and their family members enrolled in the WWT Health Plan are automatically enrolled in the standard dental plan which includes orthodontia for children under age 19. However, we offer the option to select a higher level of coverage including adult orthodontia and increased annual maximum & orthodontia lifetime limit.

Dental Buy Up premiums are as follows:

Employee Only – $2/month

Employee + Spouse – $5/month

Employee + Child(ren) – $3/month

Family – $7/month

Important: The Dental Buy Up coverage tier (Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), Family) must match your Health Plan selection. The Buy Up Dental plan cannot be selected alone, nor can it be selected in a different coverage tier than the standard dental plan.

Vision Coverage

 

Eye Med administers vision benefits under the WWT Health Plan to enrolled employees and their dependents. They process and pay claims for services such as eye exams, frames, lenses and contacts. Eye Med offers online tools and customer support to help members find in-network providers, check claim status, and learn about special offers.

Enroll today at wwt.realappeal.com. Real Appeal is available to all World Wide Technology employees and spouses/domestic partners enrolled in the Health Plan with a BMI of 23 or greater.
  • Hinge Health - Hinge Health offers a complete virtual therapy program with dedicated support for multiple body parts, including pelvic health. Each program is designed to meet the unique needs of the member from prevention, to acute, chronic and pre/ post surgery care. Hinge Health is available to all World Wide Technology employees and spouses/domestic partners over the age of 18 who are enrolled in the Health Plan.
  • Cigna Healthy Rewards - this program includes discounts on a wide variety of health and well-being programs and services you use every day.
