Getting Started Catalogs

WWT's Catalog application allows customers to research, shop, and procure parts and configurations from a customized product catalog.  

Accessing Catalogs

From WWT website navigate to My Account. Select Catalogs from the list of applications.

Select from pre-defined groups of relevant products to view desired parts and configurations or enter part information in the "Filter Catalog" box to search the entire catalog. 

View and validate all parts that are contained within a configuration by selecting "View Configuration". 

Enter the desired quantity of parts or configurations in the QTY field through direct entry or by using the up/down arrows. Be aware of any item's Minimum Order Quantity. Select "Add to Cart" to add parts or configurations to your catalog order. 

Select the cart icon to view and confirm the items, price, and quantity you are ordering.  

Complete all sections of the cart checkout process with detail and accuracy, including Lab Services, Shipping, Billing, and Order Information. 

Download an Order Summary, select Continue Shopping, Save the Cart, or Place the Order.  

Once the order is placed, an Inside Sales Representative will validate and process the order. Once the order is processed, the order can be viewed in WWT's Order Status application.
