Zscaler Data Protection (SASE/Endpoint)

The Zscaler Data Protection (SASE/Endpoint) lab is a capability of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) designed to provide an environment to gain hands-on experience with the Zscaler Internet Access solution. The environment that supports the lab blends vendor cloud infrastructure with ATC Private Cloud, removing hardware dependencies associated with physical infrastructure.

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is a cloud-delivered security service that sits between the users and the Internet. ZIA will inspect every byte of traffic inline across multiple security techniques providing full protection from web and internet threats. 

Zscaler's data protection capabilities offer numerous advantages. These include seamless scalability and global coverage, safeguarding remote workers and branch offices. Utilizing advanced threat intelligence and machine learning, it promptly identifies and addresses breaches. Granular policy controls ensure consistent enforcement of data usage policies, promoting regulatory compliance. Zscaler's latest security feature is Endpoint DLP, that is an advanced security feature that monitors and controls data transfer from endpoints, ensuring sensitive information remains secure and compliant with regulatory standards.

The Zscaler Data Protection (SASE/Endpoint) lab is designed to help you develop an understanding and proficiency in deploying advanced networking and security features available on the Zscaler Internet Access platform. By the end of this lab, you should gain enough knowledge to be familiar with core SASE concepts and have enough knowledge to begin applying these types of solutions in your own environment.
