As a Customer Success Manager, I directly support the Army through the GEMSS program. GEMSS is designed to assist the Army in transitioning to a more modernized, Zero-Trust architecture built on software-defined networks enabling advanced security, integrated digital voice & video collaboration, secure remote access, and modern mobile security.
