Linsey is a User Experience Researcher at WWT Application Services where she practices a variety of methods including moderated and unmoderated usability testing and contextual inquiry. She uses these methods combined with modern research platforms to make actionable recommendations to clients that are driven by real user data. In her previous role at WWT, Linsey worked closely with agile software delivery teams while utilizing industry best practices in user interface design and accessibility to create user friendly custom software.
