Within the IT Infrastructure and Operations (INFOPS) department, Michael leads the INFOPS PMO and is responsible for INFOPS Product Ownership. He also oversees the IT organization's communications strategy. Michael's 40+ year IT journey began with computer resellers such as BusinessLand/JWP and AmeriData, and continued with senior leadership roles in large IT shops like Aon and Enterprise Holdings. Throughout his career, Michael has developed a passion for engaging with stakeholders and customers to ensure that products meet the organization's expectations. Through this partnership, he collaborates with other IT leaders to implement cutting-edge solutions that support the company's growth and success. Michael believes in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where ideas can flourish and challenges are met with creative solutions.
