Cutting SLA timeframe from days to hours using WWT integration and supply chain services

In this case study, WWT team members describe a specific example of how we used our systems integration expertise, in combination with our Integration Center resources, to enable a broadcast and media organization to create a supply chain solution. This organization was experiencing long lead times in delivering service to customers after a sale was completed. By using our warehouse space, product stocking position and expertise, we provided the customer with dedicated engineers who configured the organizations' products to their specifications. As a result, the organization was able to cut their service level agreements from days to hours.
