Let's make sure you're all set to officially begin your journey at WWT. 


✅ New Hire Paperwork & I-9 Verification

  • Complete Section 1 of the I-9 in ADP
  • On-boarding@@wwt.com will verify documents virtually (Section 2)
  • Required before Onboarding Welcome Emails are sent

✅ ADP Account Setup

  • Download the ADP Mobile App (available on Google Play & Apple App Store)
  • Log in to complete:
    • Tax Withholding
    • Handbook Acknowledgement
    • Direct Deposit
    • Company Policies
    • Personal Info Verification
  • You have 31 days from your hire date to enroll or waive benefits
    • Benefits begin the first of the month following your hire date
    • More details will be covered in Day One Orientation

✅ Background Check

  • Initiated after offer acceptance
  • Must be completed before onboarding begins
  • All info is handled confidentially and in compliance with employment laws

✅ Drug Screening

  • You'll receive an ePassport via email/text with:
    • Testing location, hours, and appointment info
  • Complete the test within 3 business days of receiving the ePassport
  • Bring a valid photo ID and your ePassport
  • If you have trouble providing a sample, contact onboarding before leaving the facility
  • A negative result is required to proceed

✅ Hardware & Tech Setup

Your manager will order your laptop and accessories, and our IT team will ship them out. Once shipped, your manager will receive the tracking number to help you stay informed.

  • Local hires: Pick up equipment onsite
  • Remote hires: Equipment is shipped via FedEx
  • Email and system access (ServiceNow, Active Directory) will be set up before your first day
Best Practice: Stay in touch with your manager about your laptop and login details. Once you receive your equipment, hold off on setup until your manager provides the necessary credentials.
