This lab introduces Veeam Backup & Recovery, focusing on the protection of virtual machines running on VMware. Exercises include initial configuration, manual backup of a VM, and protection of VMs using tags.

F5 Distributed Cloud WAF deployed on Regional Edge and App Connect Deployment mode. This deployment model offers an optimal solution for scenarios where backend applications are inaccessible from the internet, lacking a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) or Public IP. In this case Customer Edge sites can be deployed to connect these "private" customer sites to the XC Global Network via IPSEC tunnels opened from Distributed Cloud Customer Edges to the closes two REs sites. Distributed Cloud WAF is deployed on the Regional Edges, where the services are being advertised to the Internet through anycast IPs. Customer Edges are being deployed on the customer sites and connect to the closest RE and traffic will be inspected by the WAAF security policy. The traffic will then be forwarded across the distributed cloud global network towards an egress Regional Edge and then over an IPSEC tunnel to the Customer edge site where it will be forwarded to the backend applications as pure IP-based traffic.

Deep Instinct provides several solutions powered by deep learning to quickly identify potential attacks. This lab will demonstrate the capabilities of their Prevention for Storage solution, able to scan files in milliseconds anytime they enter the network or are edited. Files are scanned within the network environment, ensuring full data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance. Files that are found to be malicious can be either deleted or quarantined. Deep Instinct works with both network attached storages and cloud storages.

The Cisco Network Service Orchestrator (NSO) is a powerful service orchestration engine. Service Providers use it to deliver and manage services across their networks. However, many enterprises have adopted NSO for large-scale operations tasks and their own service management needs. This lab environment is used to support WWT's NSO workshop and training content. You can also use it for general NSO learning and experimenting with NSO service models.

Cisco DNA takes a software-delivered approach to automating and assuring services across your campus, WAN and branch networks. Based on an open and extensible platform, Cisco DNA allows you to build value on the network, so you can streamline operations and facilitate IT and business innovation. This lab closely matches the Cisco SD-Access Foundation Lab.

The Juniper SSR SD-WAN Foundations Lab is a capability of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) designed to showcase the concept of a Juniper Session Smart Network and demonstrates how it functions in a real-world scenario. The environment that supports the lab is completely virtual, removing any hardware dependencies associated with physical infrastructure.

This lab discusses the collaboration between F5 technologies and Citrix VDI to enhance security and performance in virtual desktop infrastructure. F5's security-first approach and performance optimization strengthen Citrix VDI environments, meeting the needs of remote workforces and setting new standards for secure and high-performance virtualized experiences. The hardware and software used in the lab include 5 Windows Servers (v2016) and 1 F5 BIG-IP APM (v17.1.0.1).

The Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), introduced by Gartner in 2019, is a solution integrating networking and security within a cloud-scale architecture, enhancing end-user performance and bolstering security for organizations. Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) serves as a cloud-delivered SASE service, functioning as a secure Internet and web gateway positioned between users and the Internet. Within ZIA, Zscaler's data protection capabilities offer numerous advantages. These include seamless scalability and global coverage, safeguarding remote workers and branch offices. Utilizing advanced threat intelligence and machine learning, it promptly identifies and addresses breaches. Granular policy controls ensure consistent enforcement of data usage policies, promoting regulatory compliance. Additionally, its integrated security stack simplifies management, enabling IT teams to concentrate on strategic priorities. In essence, ZIA empowers organizations with agile security measures to effectively mitigate risks.

Create a working Cisco Unified Communications system, including Call Manager, Unity Connection and Instant Messaging servers. By the end of the lab, you will have a fully configured base installation ready to add users and devices.

Configure Cisco's Unified Contact Center Express from the ground up. Start with a review of the installation parameters and licensing. Configure JTAPI call control, create a queue, and assign agents and supervisors to take inbound calls. Test it all using Cisco Finesses agent and supervisor desktops.

Customize Cisco Finesse 12.0 agent and supervisor desktops to meet your contact center needs. Configure reason codes, workflows, modify the desktop layout and configure desktop chat capabilities. Test the changes using Cisco Jabber soft-phones and the Finesse desktop.

Administration of a Cisco Unified Communications system, including Call Manager, Unity Connection and Instant Messaging servers. In this lab, you will add users and devices followed by tests of functionality using the Jabber Client on multiple desktops.
