Cybersecurity Policy
A critical safety area for SCE is CyberSecurity safety and SCE has implemented "phishing" simulations that are sent out to test all SCE employees, including WWT Consultants.
Phishing emails often have poor grammar, sentence structure, spelling errors and formatting issues.
You can report suspicious emails by click the "Report Phishing" button in your Outlook banner:
IMPORTANT NOTE: After the 4th Failure, your assignment will be terminated!

Important Reminders
Timecards
WWT Timecards must be submitted in Timex and are due Friday by 5:00 p.m.
Status Notes/Project Summary are required in the comments section for each day that time is submitted.
Overtime (OT) and Double Time (DT)
Confirm with WWT SEM if you are eligible for OT.
All submitted OT in Timex requires written pre- approval from client manager.
Please submit a copy of your manager's approval to your SEM for timecard approval in Timex.
VISA/H1B
For H1B purposes or any other reason, please do not reach out to the SCE managers for requesting confirmation of job duties or client letter requests. Please direct all your questions/requests to your WWT SEM.
Consultants are expected to follow SCE's holiday schedule.
If WWT has a holiday but SCE does not, they are expected to work that day unless individual arrangements are made and your SCE manager has approved the arrangement.

Expense Reporting Process
Expense reports must be submitted to your manager within seven days of the last travel/expense and to your WWT manager within three days of approval.
Please ensure before submitting the actual expense report, pre-approval is required from the client manager.
Once your expense report is approved - you will need to share the report with your employer for reimbursement and have their team invoice WWT.
