Solution Overview

The Cisco SD-WAN Foundations Lab is a capability of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) designed to provide an environment to gain hands-on experience with the fundamental features of Cisco's SD-WAN solution. The environment that supports the lab is completely virtual, removing any hardware dependencies associated with physical infrastructure.

Cisco SD-WAN separates orchestration, control, forwarding and management into discrete components and unifies their functionality under a single fabric. This gives the solution the ability to scale to thousands of sites, automate configuration changes in minutes and engineer traffic for optimal connectivity. All this functionality is combined with a highly resilient and highly available architecture. Cisco SD-WAN gives you the ability to respond to critical business needs faster and move with the same agility as the public cloud.
