Solution Overview
Demand for mobile edge compute (MEC) is expected to grow for a wide range of applications as the increased bandwidth and decreased latency of 5G enables more data to be processed at the edge of a network rather the cloud. MEC figures will play a pivotal role in helping service providers and organizations with large network footprints deliver next-generation services to end customers.

The lab uses a VMware vCloud NFV 3.3 OpenStack Edition Reference Architecture and is built on Dell VxRail servers with Dell ToR switching.
