Kaycie has been with WWT for 13 years. She started at the the Junior Engineering level, fresh out of the first PS University class in 2011. She has also taken every oppurtunity that has come her way which has led her to her current role. Kaycie leads the Practice Management team as well as the Process & Governance team. Our Practice Management team ensures we are highly focused on emerging technologies while driving excellence throughout our engineering and architecture teams. From technology inception, training labs, and expert level guidance, Practice Management keeps our technical staff ready for each engagement. The Process & Governance team continuously looks for ways to improve current processes, create new processes, and ensure these are being adopted. Both of these teams hold Professional Services (PS) engagements in line with PS and OEM best practices while adhering to strict ITSM practices.
