Micca has over 17 years of experience in renewals and has been with WWT since 2022. She spent most of her time working in Distribution on renewal management, including quoting, booking, backlog, and creating a renewal tracking tool across all Vendors. She’s managed multiple projects, streamlining work processes and pilot focus groups. Micca is an advanced Excel user, including creating pivot tables, and Power Query, and is a frequent COMET user. Micca is excited and looking forward to expanding our pilot in 2023.
