Google CCAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) platform tailored for contact center use. It includes all the underlying services needed to provide state-of-the-art virtual agents, augment live agent capabilities in real time and provide advanced analytics. Virtual agent development can be complex but Google has simplified the process by using it's development platform, Dialogflow, to allow anyone to create these virtual agents using low or no code.
