Laptop & Tech Setup

  • Your laptop and accessories will be shipped or available for pickup depending on your location
  • IT ensures your setup is ready before Day One
  • You'll receive login credentials and access to key systems
  • Please log in and authenticate your laptop before day 1
  • Set up Okta for secure access
  • Complete any remaining paperwork in ADP Vantage

Having Trouble?

You can reach out to IT Support. They are responsible for configuring your laptop and ensuring your login credentials work before your start date. 

  • If your login credentials aren't working, IT can help reset your password or verify your access.
  • If your laptop hasn't arrived or isn't functioning, they can track the shipment or troubleshoot remotely.

You can access IT Support and submit a ticket via the ServiceNow Portal or visit wwt.com/support for setup guides and contact options.

Additional Log Setup Tips:

  • Make sure you're logging in with your full WWT email (e.g., username@wwt.com)—not just your username.
  • If you're using a new autopilot laptop, authentication may require scanning a QR code with your phone using Beyond Identity or Okta Verify.
  • If you're unable to log in due to a domain error, you may need to connect to VPN and log in as Administrator first.
