The St. Louis workshop was designed to engage educators in innovative, tech-integrated approaches to lesson planning while showcasing real-world applications of career-connected learning. Through WWT's AI and digital education programs, participants experienced firsthand how artificial intelligence can serve as a supportive tool for instruction, creativity, and classroom innovation.

  • Building a Civil War–themed lesson plan using digital tools and AI prompts.
  • Deploying a Replit AI Agent to generate a fully functional classroom website in real time, demonstrating how AI can streamline lesson prep.
  • Exploring how to pair historical content with emerging tech tools, making AI applications tangible, relevant, and classroom-ready.
  • Completing the Unlocking AI: Transforming Your Teaching for the Future course, which provided a structured pathway for educators to practice responsible AI use and earn a digital badge to showcase their skills.

Key Learnings
