New licensing can be requested by clicking on the Software Licenses tab above.  There is a link at the top of the page to the license request form.  You will need to have or create a wwt.com account to submit a license request.  

The license request will be forwarded to your MAJCOM representative for approval. Once approved,  please allow up to 3 business days before licenses are placed in your virtual account.  If you need them sooner,  please contact your MAJCOM representative or email WWT licensing team at wwt-af-uc-ea-licensing@wwt.com

To create an account, please follow the instructions provided at this link: Create an account on wwt.com  You must use your @us.af.mil email address when creating the account.  Otherwise, your access will be limited.  You will not receive any marketing or unwanted emails.

• EAWS and Smart Account housekeeping: Create appropriate Virtual Accounts for proper organizing
• Adoption and Training
• True Forward prep (prior to EA anniversary date)

• Renewal Scoping
• Escalation with Cisco cases

The AF UC EA 2.0 allows additional licenses to be requested but, will need to be approved by your MAJCOM representative.  Click here to submit a licenses request.  

Enabling growth without penalty
