Comprehensive Technical Assistance
- Offering direct, online, email, chat, and telephone support, this service assists with resolving technical issues, troubleshooting equipment problems, and managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) for Covered Cisco Hardware.
Next Business Day Hardware Replacement
- For Covered Cisco Hardware, this service ensures next business day replacement. For equipment containing classified or sensitive data, a Certificate of Destruction may be accepted instead of returning the item, pending Cisco's approval.
Access to IOS Updates and Patches
- This service provides direct access to the internetwork operating system (IOS) for updates and patches, ensuring that Covered Cisco Software remains up-to-date and secure.
