The Sales Enablement Center of Excellence is built on five core pillars that boost team performance:
- Early in Career Programs
- Associate Academy
- Immersive development program for early in career, change in career and advance in career talent who aspire to become the next generation of WWT's Technical and Sales Professionals.
- Apprentice Program
- This three-year centralized enablement program is tailored for early-in-career talent at WWT, combining 80% on-the-job learning with 20% university education to build both practical skills and academic knowledge.
- Associate Academy
- Global Sales Onboarding
- Sixty day, self-paced course offers a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience tailored for new sales professionals across all sectors, including GSP, GES, and PubSec, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed and culminating in an in-person summit.
- Self-Paced Learning
- Deployed through our sales readiness platform, Amplify. We recently developed a module on how to curate and present the new Corporate Overview deck, as well as modules on Microsoft Plays from the Softchoice acquisition and AI Minute. These resources help the team enhance their skills and stay current with key sales strategies.
- Regional Enablement
- Tailored to address the unique needs of each area, focusing on key skills such as presentation, negotiation, communication, objection handling, competitive positioning, and customer engagement strategies. These customized initiatives help teams build the capabilities necessary to drive regional sales success.
