Wendy is a result driven talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in early talent recruitment, program development and strategic partnerships across various industries. She's had progressive leadership roles and achievements in campus recruiting and diversity initiatives. Wendy brings extensive experience leading teams that hire nearly 800 interns and full-time early talent recruits annually. She is passionate about leading with data driven decisions and identifying strategic solutions to achieve business goals.

In Wendy's spare time she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time doing community service.

Dora Moreira is the University Recruiter for World Wide Technology, based in New York City. She leads relationship-building efforts with colleges and universities along the East Coast, connecting emerging talent with early career opportunities at WWT. Dora brings prior experience in higher education, specializing in career services. She is passionate about designing and implementing inclusive recruiting practices that support and develop early‑career talent. Dora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, along with an advanced certificate in Human Resources.

My name is Prentice Ivy Jr, I'm a UR Recruiter at WWT, where I've spent the last three years focused on building strong relationships with universities across the Midwest and West Coast. My passion lies in creating meaningful pipelines for early-in-career talent and helping students transition from the classroom to impactful careers through internships and entry-level opportunities. Before joining WWT, I began my recruiting journey at Edward Jones and UPS, where I developed a solid foundation in talent acquisition. What I truly love about working in the early career space is the opportunity to give back by empowering the next generation of professionals and equipping them with the tools and insights to succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring art and history museums—two of my greatest passions. I consider myself a bit of a renaissance man, always curious and eager to learn.

I'm Demond Buckley, Sr Recruiter at WWT in St. Louis. I got into recruiting working for TEKSystems as an IT recruiter. While at WWT, I recruited in HR Operations before moving to the University Relations team. I am deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring, which aligns perfect with my passion in the UR space. As a dedicated mentor, I thrive on seeing others succeed and take pride in being a source of support and motivation. Beyond my professional and community commitments, I'm a proud parent of four wonderful children who inspire me daily with their curiosity, resilience, and joy. Balancing family life with my love for helping others keeps me grounded, motivated, and focused on what truly matters—building strong relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
