JJR Program Manager Michael Gething, leads a team of experts that includes World Wide Technology (WWT) and Vetrics Group, LLC; all will be working closely with VA technical professionals
The VCL Call Center legacy system can no longer support the current call volumes (over $5.9M per year) and lacks call center technology required to support the ever-growing Veteran population. WWT was brought in to design, install, and sustain a modernized version of the Veteran Crisis Line contact center platform using human performance assessments to inform roadmap, product, and program requirements.
