What is a Customer Delight?

A Customer Delight Letter (CD) is defined as an unsolicited written or verbal expression of a WWT Customer having been "delighted" by a TD&E employee/subcontractor going above and beyond in the execution of a project. The CD may come in the form of an email, letter, instant message or phone conversation between the Customer and an employee's manager. 

Guidelines of a Customer Delight

We encourage our employees to bring visibility to the quality of work provided by our team by following the Customer Delight Letter Process.   

A CD must contain a specific description of how customer delight was achieved, and the name of the employee(s) associated with the delighting experience. A simple expression of "thank you" or "good job" is not sufficient to be considered as a CD.
