To extend the amount of time your Lab Deployment is available, please put in a request via the ChatBot or in the Lab Gateway of your launched deployment.
You can launch the ChatBot in the lower right corner of any page on wwt.com and go to Technical Support.
From there, please choose Lab Support and Extend Lab. You will be presented with a form to fill out and submit with the relevant data.
You can also request to have your Lab Deployment extended while in the Lab Gateway of your existing Lab. During business hours (8am - 5pm CST) one of our agents can extend the Lab Deployment in real time or if the request comes in after business hours, you can submit a form for an agent to handle first thing in the morning via the Lab Gateway LiveChat that is similar to the main wwt.com ChatBot.
