Commvault: Protecting Physical Servers

Commvault can be used to protect physical servers and file systems using the same easy to use interface as for virtual servers. Commvault supports an extensive list of file system types.

This lab provides a foundational overview of Commvault Data Management and is appropriate for first-time users of Commvault or anyone evaluating Commvault Data Management solutions. After completing this lab, users will have an overview of:

• associate a client with a backup plan
• restoring files from a protected server
