Solution overview

A hurricane sale is underway and the Storm Outfitters checkout has stopped working, even though every healthcheck is green. As the on-call platform engineer, you work the outage with Hermes Agent. You investigate it objective-first and make the agent test its own diagnosis. You then fan out parallel subagents and watch them in the spawn tree. A Mixture-of-Agents Change Advisory Board decides whether to ship the fix. Finally, the agent applies the fix under a /goal completion contract with deterministic quality gates, and you confirm checkout yourself. The storefront, services and Git repositories are real, and the fix lands as a commit you can audit.
