• Open a terminal from the Ubuntu GNOME desktop using multiple methods — the dock, the Activities menu search, and the Ctrl+Alt+T keyboard shortcut.
• Read and interpret the shell prompt, identifying the username, hostname, and current working directory, and run core orientation commands (whoami, hostname, pwd, ls).
• Look up command usage independently using the --help flag and man pages, and clear the terminal with clear or Ctrl+L.
